Job Details
We are hiring hardworking Factory Helpers to support daily production operations. You will assist machine operators and the production team with handling, packing and moving materials on the factory floor.
Responsibilities
• Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks
• Load raw materials and unload finished products
• Pack, label and prepare finished goods for dispatch
• Move materials and finished products between production areas and storage
• Carry out basic quality checks and separate defective items
• Keep the work area, machines and floor clean and tidy
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Follow all safety instructions and wear PPE at all times
• Report any machine faults, damage or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Perform any other duties assigned by the production supervisor
Requirements
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and stand for long shifts
• Willing to work in a factory environment including heat, noise and dust
• Available for rotating shifts, night shifts and overtime including weekends
• Basic English or Hindi/Urdu understanding for safety instructions
• Previous factory, warehouse or production experience an advantage (not essential — training provided)
• No formal qualification required
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa welcome to apply
