We are looking for an experienced and highly organized **Warehouse & Inventory Specialist** to manage and control warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient material handling, accurate inventory records, smooth receiving and dispatch activities, workplace safety, and effective utilization of warehouse space, manpower, and systems.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, packing, and dispatch activities.
* Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, physical stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory audits.
* Maintain proper material identification, labeling, storage, and stock-location controls.
* Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, and damaged materials.
* Work effectively with **WMS and ERP systems** for warehouse and inventory transactions.
* Prepare and maintain warehouse and inventory reports using **Microsoft Excel**.
* Analyze inventory movements, stock balances, discrepancies, ageing, and operational performance using Excel.
* Ensure all warehouse transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
* Implement and maintain warehouse **SOPs, procedures, and best practices**.
* Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, manpower allocation, and shift activities.
* Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements, **5S standards**, and company policies.
* Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently.
* Reduce material damages, losses, handling issues, and operational turnaround time.
* Coordinate closely with **Production, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, and Sales teams** to ensure smooth material flow and timely availability of stock.
* Monitor warehouse KPIs related to inventory accuracy, productivity, material movement, and operational efficiency.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse processes, productivity, cost control, and service levels.
* Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure warehouse areas remain organized and audit-ready.
* Support internal and external stock audits and provide required inventory reports and documentation.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
* Good experience with **WMS and ERP systems**.
* **Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel** for warehouse reporting, inventory analysis, stock reconciliation, and data management.
* Candidates should be comfortable using Excel functions such as **VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, sorting, and basic data analysis**.
* Ability to prepare clear and accurate inventory, stock movement, and operational reports in Excel.
* Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and material movement.
* Good leadership, team coordination, and people-management skills.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety, **5S**, and compliance standards.
* Strong process discipline and continuous-improvement mindset.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

### Qualification & Experience
* **Minimum Bachelor’s Degree** in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **5–10 years of relevant experience** in warehouse and inventory operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong practical experience in **warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, stock audits, and team supervision** is preferred.
