Job Details
We are looking to hire an experienced Batching Plant Operator for a ready-mix concrete plant in the UAE.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in ready-mix concrete batching plant operation
* Experience in operating computerized batching plant / PLC control system
* Good knowledge of concrete grades, mix designs, slump, temperature, admixtures, cement, sand, and aggregates
* Ability to follow daily production schedules
* Ensure concrete production is completed as per required quality, quantity, and delivery timing
* Coordinate with QC team, dispatch team, mixer drivers, and loader operators
* Maintain daily production records and report any plant or technical issues
* Basic knowledge of plant maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred
* UAE ready-mix experience is mandatory
