Job Details
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the development, commissioning, and operation of an oil sludge processing and recycling facility in the UAE.
Compensation: based on efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the development of the facility concept, process technology, production capacity, equipment selection, and operational model.
• Negotiate and close contracts with vendors, waste generators, government entities and principals, etc.
• Participate in and manage tenders, RFQs, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and project execution.
• Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, risks, and overall commercial performance.
• Lead and supervise the project team and coordinate the activities of employees, contractors, consultants, and external service providers.
•Develop and implement operational, production, HSE, quality control, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in oil sludge processing, waste oil recycling, oil refining, oil and gas, petrochemicals, industrial processing, or a closely related industry.
•Proven track record of personally negotiating and successfully closing significant commercial contracts or business deals.
