Job Details

Warehouse keeper to manage the day-to-day operations of a storage facility. Core duties include inspecting incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, picking and packing orders, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring the secure, organized, and compliant storage of all goods and supplies:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Track all inbound and outbound stock. Regularly perform physical inventory counts to prevent overstocking, stockouts, or shrinkage.
Receiving & Dispatch: Verify incoming goods match purchase orders (checking for damages or discrepancies) and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).Storage Optimization: Organize the warehouse layout and store materials logically—utilizing standard methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out).Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label items to fulfill departmental requests or customer orders on schedule.
Documentation & System Updates: Log all transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Safety & Security: Maintain a clean workspace, ensure access controls, and enforce safety protocols such as wearing PPE and properly storing hazardous materials.
