Job Description

SATILIFE BUILDING MATERIALS L.L.C is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our warehouse team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, issuing goods, checking stock, maintaining warehouse order, preparing delivery materials, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming goods according to purchase orders, packing lists and delivery documents.
• Arrange products properly in the warehouse according to category, item code, size, color and batch.
• Prepare goods for customer orders, deliveries and showroom/branch transfers.
• Check product quantity and condition before loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update warehouse documents or system records on time.
• Assist in daily stock checking, monthly stock count and inventory reconciliation.
• Report stock shortages, damages, wrong items or warehouse issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organized at all times.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, drivers and helpers to ensure smooth delivery and warehouse operations.
• Follow company procedures for receiving, issuing, returning and transferring goods.
• Support loading, unloading, packing, labeling and sample preparation when required.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, flooring, panels, furniture materials or construction materials is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Able to read item codes, quantities, delivery notes and warehouse documents.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit and able to support warehouse handling work when required.
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Forklift operation experience or forklift licence is an advantage, if applicable.
