Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Repair and service ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, coffee machines, mixers, and other food service equipment.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
