Petravex Group is establishing a greenfield 150 TPH Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) cement grinding plant at RAKEZ Al Hulaila Industrial Zone, Ras Al Khaimah. We are hiring a Factory & Site Manager to lead all on-site operations from pre-commissioning through full production.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of plant operations, maintenance, HSE, and site logistics
- Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and handover with supplier engineers
- Manage and develop a team of 30+ across production, maintenance, and support functions
- Ensure production targets, quality standards (CEM I / CEM II), and energy KPIs are met
- Liaise with RAKEZ, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement and enforce HSE policies to UAE standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cement, mining, or heavy industrial plant management
- Hands-on experience with VRM or ball mill grinding operations is a strong advantage
- Proven team leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Based in UAE or ready to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
