Job Details
We are seeking a careful and detail-minded Perfume Production Associate to support the blending, filling, and finishing of fragrance products to the required quality, safety, and presentation standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager, the successful candidate will work on the production floor, following approved formulas and procedures so that every batch matches the master sample and every bottle reaches the customer in perfect condition.
The core of the role is production and batch support. The Perfume Production Associate assists with preparing and measuring fragrance oils, alcohol, fixatives, and other ingredients according to the batch sheet, weighing and dispensing materials accurately, and supporting the mixing, maceration, and filtration stages under supervision. Formulas are followed exactly, quantities are checked and recorded, and any deviation, spill, or doubtful measurement is reported rather than corrected by guesswork. Batch numbers and materials used are logged so that every product can be traced.
