Job Details

We are an established FMCG wholesale distribution company in Dubai looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor to manage the daily movement of goods and overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
Verify received quantities against purchase orders and supplier documents.
Check products for shortages, damages, batch numbers and expiry dates.
Maintain accurate daily stock levels in the inventory system.
Organize products using FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
Prepare, check and supervise the picking, packing and loading of customer orders.
Plan daily dispatches and coordinate company vehicles and drivers.
Ensure every dispatch is supported by the correct invoice or delivery note.
Track signed Proof of Delivery documents and customer returns.
Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock checks.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies promptly.
Supervise warehouse helpers and loading staff.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, safety and pest-control standards.
Submit daily stock, dispatch and pending-delivery reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping or dispatch operations.
FMCG or wholesale distribution experience is strongly preferred.
UAE warehouse experience will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, batch and expiry-date control.
Experience coordinating delivery vehicles and drivers.
Comfortable using Excel and inventory or ERP software.
Able to read purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes accurately.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong supervisory, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Higher Secondary/Grade 12 education; a diploma or certification in logistics, warehousing or supply-chain management is preferred.
Honest, reliable, disciplined and attentive to detail.
Verifiable references from previous employers are required.
