Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and tracking audio-visual equipment.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and handle stock discrepancies.
Coordinate the dispatch of orders for delivery or pick-up to clients.
Assist with loading/unloading and preparing equipment for rental events.
Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and return of equipment.
Maintain detailed records of inventory, damage reports, and equipment servicing.
Monitor the condition of rental equipment, ensuring all items are cleaned, tested, and ready for use.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, preferably in the audio-visual or event industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Basic computer skills to update inventory and other relevant data.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a forklift (if applicable).
Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technology is a plus.
