Job Details
We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. The candidate will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, maintain logistics records, and communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries.
Prepare shipping and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transporters.
Monitor delivery schedules and report delays or discrepancies.
Assist with warehouse and dispatch activities.
Prepare basic logistics reports and data entries.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
