Job Details
Support daily logistics and warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure goods move on time and in full.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, bills of lading, customs paperwork)
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on status, delays, and ETAs
• Monitor stock levels, record goods in/out, and assist with inventory counts
• Maintain records in the ERP/WMS system and file logistics documentation
• Verify deliveries against orders and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Assist with cost tracking, freight invoice checks, and basic reporting
Requirements
• High school diploma or diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain, or business
• 1–2 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse administration (entry level considered)
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) an advantage
• Clear communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of import/export or customs procedures is a plus
