Job Summary
AYZI Portal is seeking a highly detailed and proactive Quality Analyst & Supervisor to oversee our daily laundry operations, ensure top-tier quality control, and manage customer communications. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our processing facilities, delivery fleet, and customers. You will be responsible for meticulous garment inspections, upselling specialized services, dispatching logistics, and ensuring strict hygiene and compliance standards are met across the board.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Inspection
Detailed Garment Checks: Conduct extensive, one-by-one quality inspections of all finished garments to ensure they meet AYZI Portal's standards.
Discrepancy Resolution: Report any quality issues to the processing supervisor and push for immediate correction. If an item cannot be corrected, physically label the issue on the garment so it is easily identifiable during delivery.
Inventory & Estimations: Physically check incoming items and compare them against the lists provided by AYZI Portal and Linencraft staff to create accurate billing estimates.
Keep a track of consumables, like plastic wrap and other consumables
Identify and report software bugs while using and follow up if not rectified.
Customer Communication & Sales
Issue Liaison: Notify customers of any risks or issues reported by laundry staff prior to processing. Collect the customer’s decision and instruct the staff on whether to proceed with cleaning or return the item.
Platform Management: Monitor the WATI messaging platform continuously. Reply promptly to customer inquiries and facilitate seamless communication.
Upselling: Identify opportunities during item inspections to upsell additional services, such as premium care for designer items or minor tailoring and fixes.
Logistics & Dispatch Operations
Fleet Routing: Assign pickup and delivery tasks to the respective Delivery Executives based on their designated geographical zones.
Order Fulfillment: Instantly assign pickup tasks to the dispatch team whenever a customer places an order via WATI.
Compliance, Hygiene & Reporting
Daily Issue Reports: Compile and submit comprehensive daily reports detailing all garment issues, complete with comments and resolutions from the facility supervisor.
Staff Hygiene & Uniforms: Enforce strict hygiene and uniform compliance for all AYZI Portal staff when they arrive to collect orders.
Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor the tidiness and cleanliness of delivery vans, ensuring they are washed and maintained properly. Maintain a daily compliance log for both staff and vehicles.
On-Site Presence: Visit and operate out of the main laundry facility 6 days a week to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in operations, quality assurance, or supervisory roles (experience in laundry, retail, or logistics is highly preferred).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot minor defects in fabrics and garments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience using customer messaging platforms (e.g., WATI, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to negotiate and upsell services effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage routing, staff compliance, and daily reporting.
Willingness to travel between the main laundry facility and specialized processing centers as needed.
