We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the timely movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
Update logistics databases and maintain accurate records.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
Support warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative support is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
