- Basic understanding of customs clearance procedures
- Knowledge of import regulations and documentation (e.g., COO, invoice, packing list)
- Familiarity with shipping terms
- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Communication skills ( English is mandatory ) Able to speak Farsi / Kurd is a plus
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
