About the Company:
Our client is a prominent freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider that offers a comprehensive
range of services, including sea and air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, trucking, and container
management.
Brief description:
The Pricing Executive will be responsible for coordinating with agents to secure competitive
rates, preparing quotations, and supporting sales and operations for smooth shipment processes.
The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to maintain business
relationships and ensure efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with agents to secure competitive rates and services.
• Prepare and share rate lists for key destinations with the sales team.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless transportation, transshipments, multi-point loading,
and final deliveries.
• Support the sales team by providing the best rates and terms to secure inquiries.
• Maintain active communication with agents through email or Skype to strengthen business
relationships.
• Prepare quotations and generate business analysis for agents as needed.
• Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure smooth shipping operations.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports required by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping in the UAE (Air Freight experience is a
plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and skilled in building and maintaining agent networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to optimize workflows and
deliver excellent client service.
