A reputable organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the efficient movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the shipment, delivery, and storage of goods
Plan and schedule transportation, including local and international shipments
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely operations
Track orders and provide regular updates on shipment status
Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities
Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Monitor logistics costs and suggest improvements for efficiency
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage
