Job Details
Proven experience in sales (preferably in general trading or FMCG sector)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting
Good knowledge of local market (UAE preferred)
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote and sell company products to retail and wholesale clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery of goods
Maintain proper records of sales, customers, and collections
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
