A growing logistics and distribution organization in Dubai is seeking a responsible and organized Operations Supervisor to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across warehouse, transportation, and delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily logistics and distribution operations and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, transport, and administrative teams.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, stock movement, and delivery schedules.
Assign daily tasks to staff and follow up on work progress.
Ensure orders are accurately prepared, dispatched, and delivered on time.
Maintain proper operational records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to resolve routine operational issues.
Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies when identified.
Ensure company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines are followed.
Support the management team in improving workflow, productivity, and service quality.
Handle urgent operational matters and coordinate quick solutions when required
