Job Details

We are looking for experienced Supervisors with a background in the FMCG and chilled meat industry.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in the FMCG or chilled meat industry.
* Good knowledge of supermarkets and hypermarkets, with established customer relationships and the ability to develop new business and sell our products.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
* Monitor stock movement and take appropriate action when products are moving slowly in assigned routes.
* Strong customer-handling skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with customers to ensure smooth and consistent daily sales.
* Good computer skills, including MS Office, especially Excel.
* Must be able to manage staff, allocate work, follow up on tasks, and enforce company procedures.
* Good English communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Arabic will be an advantage.
* Should be able to handle operational issues promptly, including late deliveries, vehicle problems, temperature deviations, shortages, rejected goods, and damaged stock.
* Comfortable working around chillers, loading areas, and meat-handling operations.
* Flexible to work early mornings, night shifts, weekends, and during peak periods, depending on company requirements.
* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
* Candidates with experience in meat distribution, HORECA, supermarkets, or food trading will be preferred.
