Job Details

looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries promptly, coordinating shipments, supporting the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the shipment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and respond within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate and follow up on Sea, Air and Land freight shipments.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate rates with pricing/operations teams.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and shipment confirmations.
• Assist customers with shipment bookings, documentation and shipping requirements.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to customers.
• Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, customs clearance, transport and warehouse teams.
• Handle customer complaints, shipment delays and operational issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide high-quality after-sales service.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and day-to-day sales coordination.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and customer communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/shipping/logistics in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight and Land Transportation procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of freight quotations, shipment coordination and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and shipments simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
• Candidates with an existing customer network or sales coordination experience will be an advantage.
