We are seeking a reliable and punctual Messenger to handle the pickup, delivery, and transport of documents, packages, and other items between offices, clients, or locations. Responsibilities include planning efficient delivery routes, ensuring items are delivered safely and on time, obtaining signatures or confirmations upon delivery, and maintaining accurate delivery logs or records. The role also involves handling sensitive or confidential materials with discretion, communicating with dispatch or supervisors regarding delays or issues, and performing basic vehicle or equipment checks if applicable. The ideal candidate has strong time-management skills, good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns, and a valid driver's license or means of transportation (bicycle, motorcycle, or vehicle) as required by the role. Physical stamina for walking, cycling, or driving throughout the day is important, along with honesty and reliability when handling valuable or confidential items. No prior experience is typically required, though experience in courier or delivery services is an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
