Job Details
We are looking for an experienced PRO & Legal Affairs Coordinator to handle company government transactions and coordinate/follow up legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all PRO and government-related transactions, including visas, Emirates ID, labour permits, renewals and cancellations.
Deal with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA/Amer, DET/DED, Free Zones and other government authorities.
Manage renewal of trade licences, establishment cards, permits and other company documents.
Follow up legal cases, disputes and claims with external lawyers and relevant authorities.
Maintain a Legal Case Tracker covering case status, hearing dates, deadlines and required actions.
Coordinate documents and information required by lawyers for court cases and legal matters.
Follow up debt recovery, execution cases, legal notices and judgments.
Ensure no important government, court or legal deadlines are missed.
Provide regular updates on pending PRO and legal matters to Management.
Maintain proper and confidential records of company and legal documents.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in PRO/Government Relations.
Experience in UAE legal/court case follow-up is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and portals.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Candidates with experience in both PRO work and legal case follow-up will be given preference.
