About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join our dynamic and diverse legal team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate law, civil law, and litigation, with a proven track record of advising multinational clients and navigating cross-border legal complexities. Prior experience with Chinese clients or teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice across corporate, contract, labor, litigation.
2.Lead and execute litigation strategies.
3.Draft, review, and amend a wide array of legal documents (contracts, agreements, litigation files), ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
3.Represent clients in litigation, manage communications with counterparties, legal teams, and courts, and ensure timely submissions.
4.Identify potential legal risks and propose effective preventive and corrective legal measures.
5.Provide cross-jurisdictional legal counsel to clients operating in multiple countries, especially in matters related to international business compliance.

Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a UAE-based law firm.
2.Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
3.Deep understanding of UAE legal framework, Solid experience in litigation.
4.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
