Job Details
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Google Ads and Social Media campaigns, improve our website visibility on search engines, and maintain our WordPress website.
The role focuses on lead generation, including managing Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, implementing basic SEO, updating website content, and using modern tools to improve marketing performance.
This is not an IT or software development position.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience running Google Ads campaigns, optimizing keywords and ads, updating website content, and supporting business growth through digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns (keywords, bidding, ad copy)
Manage and optimize Performance Max (PMax) campaigns for lead generation
Monitor daily campaign performance and reduce cost per lead
Create and test new ads, keywords, and targeting strategies
Perform basic SEO tasks to improve Google rankings
Update website pages, landing pages, and offers using WordPress
Upload products, services, or promotions to the website
Use AI tools to assist with marketing content and campaign optimization
Track conversions and website traffic
Prepare simple monthly performance reports
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience managing Google Ads
Experience running Search campaigns
Experience running Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
Experience using WordPress
Basic knowledge of SEO
Ability to manage advertising campaigns and generate leads
Good English communication skills
Must be currently available in the UAE
Important:

Preferred Skills
Experience with keyword research and ad optimization
Experience with on-page SEO
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience using AI tools for marketing productivity
Experience in car rental, transport, or service industry
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
