We Are Urgently IT Support Engineer for our Company in Dubai.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting — Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network faults. This includes fixing system crashes, compatibility issues, and connectivity problems.
User Support — Assisting employees or clients via phone, email, or in person; setting expectations; documenting incidents. System Installation & Configuration — Installing operating systems, applications, security tools, and configuring devices. Network Support — Handling basic connectivity issues, managing configurations, and escalating complex network problems. Cybersecurity Tasks — Applying security updates, MFA, firewall policies, and monitoring vulnerabilities.
Backup & Recovery — Supporting backup procedures and restoring data when needed. Documentation — Maintaining knowledge bases, job reports, and asset records.
Opportunities for Freshers Experience of 3 to 6 months in any country will be preferable.
Salary Benefits: AED 4000 00 to AED 4,500, plus overtime. 2-year visa and Accommodation allowance will be provided by the company.
