The IT Coordinator / SRE is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. The role includes coordinating IT operations, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and implementing solutions to ensure stable and secure operations.

IT Coordination
1. Coordinate daily IT operations and support activities.
2. Manage IT service requests, incidents, and troubleshooting.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
4. Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
6. Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and system upgrades.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
1. Monitor system performance, uptime, and infrastructure reliability.
2. Identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
3. Automate routine operational tasks and processes.
4. Support cloud services, servers, networks, and backup systems.
5. Conduct system health checks and preventive maintenance.
6. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
7. Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability and scalability.
8. Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.

Technical Support
1. Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Support user account management, email systems, and access permissions.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
4. Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection practices are followed.
