Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced DevOps / Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and
maintain scalable Genesys Cloud CX solutions that enhance customer experience and support enterprise contact center operations. In this role, you will build cloud-based solutions, develop integrations, automate deployments, and implement AI-powered customer engagement capabilities while ensuring platform reliability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including Architect Flows, Digital Bot Flows, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations while supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Build AI-powered customer engagement solutions, including conversational bots, virtual agents, and automation features.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and maintain Genesys Cloud applications while ensuring platform performance, security, and reliability.
- Evaluate new Genesys Cloud capabilities, maintain technical documentation, and promote development best practices.
Responsibilites
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information - Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud capabilities, including Architect Flows, Bot Flows, IVR, routing, Data Actions, workflow automation, and omnichannel engagement.
- Experience developing integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience building AI-enabled customer engagement solutions, including conversational AI and virtual agents.
- Familiarity with AppFoundry applications and third-party contact center integrations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and
deployment automation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Genesys Cloud CX Developer, Architect, or related certifications are preferred
