The Role:
This is a full-time remote role for a technically focused Project Manager to join our growing team at Nixxie. The Project Manager will be responsible for project timelines, managing project logistics, coordinating inspections, and overseeing overall project management activities on a day-to-day basis. You must be highly motivated and super organised. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
● Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time
● Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
● Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, continually
● Facilitate meetings and take clear and concise notes and action them
● Prepare project documentation and reports
● Allocate and disseminate instructions to the project team effectively
● Assist with project risk management
Skills and Qualifications:
● 5-7 years of project management experience in development projects
● Strong knowledge of full-cycle development processes
● Understanding of the technical and creative process and its key stages
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional fluency required)
● Very strong organisational and time management skills
● Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive under pressure
● Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
● Experience working in healthcare and pharma (a plus)
● Experience working in/with a digital marketing agency (a plus)
