The Role
We are looking for a brilliant, pragmatic AI Solutions Developer who is deeply obsessed with efficiency. You won’t just be fine-tuning abstract models; you will build end-to-end web applications that our engineering, design, and project management teams rely on daily.
Important Visa Requirement: This role is based locally in Dubai. We are strictly looking for candidates who are already residing in the UAE and possess a valid, transferable work visa.
Core Technical Requirements
You are a full-stack engineer who treats AI as a core component of production software, not just a playground wrapper.
The Frontend & Architecture
● Next.js & React: Expert-level proficiency with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions) to deliver lightning-fast, highly responsive user interfaces.
● Modern JavaScript/TypeScript: Robust, type-safe programming across the entire lifecycle.
AI & Data Engineering
● LLM Integration & Orchestration: Proven experience building production-grade solutions with advanced LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI).
● RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Deep knowledge of constructing reliable RAG pipelines to query thousands of pages of complex building codes, safety guidelines, and architectural blueprints.
● Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) for semantic search and contextual grounding.
● Agentic Frameworks: Experience building autonomous workflow agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom agent logic.
Backend & Cloud Infrastructure
● API Development: Designing clean, secure RESTful and WebSocket APIs (Node.js, Python, or Go).
● Cloud Environments: Deployment and scaling experience in robust cloud ecosystems (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Key Skills & Experience Needed
● Domain Context: Experience or a deep interest in translating construction-specific data (CAD files, BIM data, daily site logs, complex contracts) into structured AI inputs.
● Flawless English Communication: Native or fluent professional English (written and spoken) is an absolute mandatory requirement. You must be able to sit with project directors, understand their workflow bottlenecks, and translate them directly into software specifications.
● Performance Optimization: Ability to manage LLM latency, optimize token consumption, and implement caching strategies to keep enterprise apps highly performant.
● Production Focus: A portfolio of deployed applications. We value clean code, but we value shipping usable, high-impact tools even more.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
1. Architect & Build: Design and develop custom full-stack Next.js applications that leverage advanced AI to automate document parsing, translate multilingual site communications, and flag project timeline risks.
2. Collaborate on the Ground: Work directly with our project management and construction teams in Dubai to isolate workflows that waste time and automate them out of existence.
3. Own the Pipeline: Take features from an initial whiteboard sketch all the way through prompt engineering, data vectorization, UI design, and production deployment.
