About the Role
We are an established technology group with a validated business model and a steady clientele. We are seeking a Senior Browser Engineer to lead the development of a next-generation, general-purpose privacy and anti-detect browser.
This is not a "vague startup" opportunity; this is a high-security, full-time position with a revenue-generating company. You will have full ownership of the technical architecture, moving the product from its Chromium-based foundation to a multi-engine tool (including Firefox) in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Chromium Engine Modification: Deep-level modification of the Chromium source code to prevent fingerprinting and ensure true session isolation.
Privacy Architecture: Implement sophisticated masking for Canvas, WebGL, WebRTC, AudioContext, and Hardware IDs.
Multi-Engine Roadmap: Architect the system to support Firefox (Gecko) and other engines as we scale.
Performance & Stability: Maintain and optimize the browser to handle thousands of unique, high-performance profiles.
Anti-Bot Countermeasures: Stay ahead of evolving detection scripts (Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.) to ensure our users remain undetectable.
Required Qualifications
Engine Experience: Proven experience working with Chromium source code or browser-level C++ development.
Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in C++ and JavaScript/TypeScript.
System Knowledge: Understanding of TLS/SSL handshakes, proxy management (SOCKS5/HTTP), and DNS leak prevention.
Vision: Ability to act as a Solo/Lead Engineer initially, with the potential to build out a technical team as the product grows.
Location: Currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai. (Hybrid work model supported).
What We Offer
Job Security: Stability with an existing, loyal clientele.
Ownership: The chance to lead the technical direction of a privacy-first tool.
Dubai Lifestyle: Competitive package and a modern, hybrid work environment.
