We're building the autonomous operating system for last-mile laundry services. We're eliminating human touchpoints entirely—using AI agents to handle customer communication, order processing, facility coordination, and route optimization.
This gives us 60–70% better unit economics and the ability to scale to new markets in weeks, not years.
We're looking for one exceptional engineer to own the entire technical stack for the next 6-9 months. This is not a junior role. This is for someone who thrives on ownership, makes architectural decisions independently, and delivers production-ready code without hand-holding.
Position Details
Job Title: Senior AI & Systems Architect
Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based, in-person collaboration required)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Reporting To: Chief Technology Officer
Experience Required: 8+ years in production systems architecture

Role Summary
We seek an exceptional Senior AI & Systems Architect to serve as the founding technical lead responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying our complete autonomous logistics platform. This individual will possess comprehensive expertise across modern AI/ML systems, distributed architecture, real-time data processing, and production-grade software engineering. The successful candidate will architect and build a system capable of handling thousands of concurrent transactions while maintaining 99.9% availability and enforcing operational compliance through software-defined gates.
Core Responsibilities
1. Systems Architecture & Design
Design and implement the complete platform architecture from first principles
Establish robust microservices architecture with clear service boundaries and APIs
Implement comprehensive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
Design for horizontal scalability while maintaining data consistency and integrity
Establish disaster recovery and business continuity protocols
Implement security-first architecture with zero-trust principles
2. AI/ML Systems Engineering
Architect and implement production-grade AI agent systems using state-of-the-art LLMs
Design and build multi-modal AI systems capable of processing text, images, and geospatial data
Implement sophisticated prompt engineering pipelines with versioning and A/B testing capabilities
Build fine-tuning infrastructure for domain-specific model optimization
Design real-time inference systems with latency optimization and cost management
Implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI system performance
3. Data Engineering & Platform Infrastructure
Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines using stream processing technologies
Architect scalable data storage solutions for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
Implement complex event processing systems for operational intelligence
Design and build feature stores for machine learning model training and inference
Establish data governance, quality monitoring, and lineage tracking systems

4. Mobile & Frontend Systems
