Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT products and services.
Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
•Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
•Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.
•Meet assigned call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
•Fluency in both Malayalam and English is mandatory.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
•Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Female candidates currently residing in the UAE and holding a valid dependent visa (husband-sponsored visa) or their own sponsorship will be preferred.
•Experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage.
