Job Details
We are seeking a SIRA Regulations and Documentation Specialist to ensure compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards and manage all related documentation and portal activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable about UAE security compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
● Ensure compliance with all SIRA regulations and documentation requirements.
● Prepare, review, and maintain reports, compliance checklists, and audit documentation.
● Manage and update the SIRA portal with accurate and timely information.
● Support SIRA inspectors during client site visits and audits.
● Conduct internal training sessions on SIRA regulations and documentation best practices.
● Stay updated on changes to SIRA regulations and adjust internal processes accordingly.
● Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain consistent regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering.
● SIRA Certification is mandatory.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical compliance or documentation role mandatory.
● Technical exposure at site will be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of SIRA regulations and compliance processes.
● UAE driving license.
