We are a small, established organisation that has been operating in Dubai for over 10 years, supporting international clients and maintaining high standards of professionalism, service and reliability.

About the Position
We are seeking a practical, dependable and adaptable individual to join our technical support team.
This is a varied, hands-on position involving general IT support, computer and network setup, audiovisual equipment, troubleshooting and direct technical assistance to clients.
The role involves working both in our office and at client locations, setting up, operating and supporting IT and audiovisual equipment used in professional business environments, including meeting rooms and conference facilities.
As a small, specialised organisation, our team members undertake a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing exclusively on one technical discipline.
We value sound technical fundamentals, practical experience and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided in our specialised equipment, software and operational procedures, so previous experience in every aspect of the role is not expected.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot Windows laptops, computers, monitors, printers and associated peripherals.
• Install and configure software applications and resolve common hardware and software problems.
• Set up and troubleshoot small local area networks (LANs), Wi-Fi routers, basic IP addressing and internet connectivity.
• Assist with VPN connections and remote technical support.
• Set up and support audiovisual equipment, including microphones, audio mixers, monitors and presentation systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and remote meeting connections.
• Install, test, operate and support technical equipment at client locations.
• Provide professional technical assistance to clients during meetings, presentations and other business activities.
• Assist with equipment preparation, installation, dismantling and packing.
• Learn to operate specialised software and assist with electronic document preparation and presentation.
• Provide client administration and general operational assistance when required.

Essential Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support, desktop support, technical support or a related hands-on technical position.
• Sound practical knowledge of Windows computers, hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic working knowledge of local area networks, Wi-Fi routers, IP addressing and internet connectivity.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Good spoken English and listening comprehension, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
• A professional, courteous and client-focused approach.
• Dependable, organised, adaptable and willing to undertake a variety of responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in the company’s specialised hardware, software and procedures.
• An interest in stable, long-term employment within a small, established organisation.

Advantageous but Not Essential
• Audio equipment, microphones, mixers or recording systems.
• Video conferencing and remote meeting support.
• Conference-room audiovisual or presentation equipment.
• VPN connections and remote technical support.
• A valid UAE driving licence.
Previous experience in these additional areas is advantageous but not required. We provide training to help successful candidates develop the skills and confidence needed to undertake the full range of responsibilities.

Working Hours & Flexibility
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Due to client schedules and project requirements, flexibility with working hours—including availability outside standard business hours—is essential.
Exceptional commitment is recognised through time off in lieu, where appropriate, alongside discretionary performance bonuses.

Availability & Recruitment Process
Immediate joiners are preferred, although candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be available for an initial video interview followed by an in-person technical assessment in Dubai.
Applications are welcome from candidates holding transferable UAE employment visas, visit/tourist visas or those currently within a visa cancellation grace period, subject to applicable employment and immigration requirements.
The position involves visits to client locations throughout the UAE, occasional travel to other GCC countries and the greater Middle East, and, from time to time, international assignments further afield.
