Kayan Services is a leading IT support, maintenance, and hardware repair provider operating across all seven emirates in the UAE. We deliver premium on-site and remote infrastructure support for diverse enterprise clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:
Deliver rapid remote and on-site troubleshooting for multi-tenant client offices.
Hardware Repair: Diagnose and repair enterprise laptops, desktops, workstations, and printers (HP, Dell,).
Network Administration: Configure and maintain corporate Wi-Fi, VPNs, switches, and local network patching.
Ticket Management: Resolve client technical requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
System Deployment: Execute user onboarding, hardware migrations, and OS updates (Windows/macOS).
Experience:
2+ years in an MSP, IT Helpdesk, or Field Engineering role.
OS & Cloud: Strong proficiency in Windows administration and Microsoft 365.
Networking:
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN setups.
Excellent customer-facing skills; fluent English is mandatory
