We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in:
✅ Good understanding of system integration concepts. payment systems or transaction-based
applications is a plus.
✅ Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Python or similar) for troubleshooting and task
automation.
✅ Knowledge of machine virtualization technologies.
✅ Knowledge of networking concepts and WAN technologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide administration and operational support for Windows Server environments. Linux distributions is a plus.
• Monitor server performance and health, performing basic troubleshooting related to CPU, memory, disk, and system services.
• Support for SQL Server environments, including:
o Monitoring SQL services and scheduled jobs
o Resolving database connectivity and login issues
o Executing and understanding basic SQL queries
• Support integrations between applications and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
• Monitor applications and services, identifying and troubleshooting issues proactively.
• Analyse system and application logs, escalating incidents with proper documentation when required.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and ongoing support operations.
• Willing to work in outdoor environments when required.
• Available to attend support calls outside regular working hours when necessary.
