We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly day to day. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the person who keeps records in order, and the one the team relies on to make sure meetings, documents and deadlines all land where they should.

What you'll do
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings
• Handle incoming calls, emails and post, directing enquiries to the right person
• Prepare, format and proofread documents, reports and presentations
• Maintain filing systems and keep records accurate and up to date
• Carry out data entry and update internal databases
• Arrange travel, accommodation and process expense claims
• Take meeting minutes and circulate agendas and action points
• Order and manage office supplies, liaising with suppliers and vendors
• Greet visitors and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
• Support [finance / HR / operations] with routine administrative tasks
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
What we're looking for
• years' experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Confident with [MS Office / Google Workspace] — particularly [Word, Excel, Outlook]
• Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• Able to work independently and take initiative
