Family Personal Assistant & Driver – AED 8,000–10,000 – Dubai Hills (Filipino Preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Private family of three in a villa in Dubai Hills Estate is hiring a full-time, live-out Family Personal Assistant & Driver. We already have a live-in nanny — this is NOT a nanny or housekeeping position. Think of it as an office job based in a villa: you get your own private office and a Mac mini, and your downtime is genuinely your own — in exchange for fast, reliable execution whenever the family needs something.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive family members (wife and child) to malls, nursery, appointments and outings, and run errands — a family car is provided for all duties
- Coordinate home maintenance: contact plumbers, AC technicians and electricians, compare quotations, schedule, supervise on site, and follow up until fully resolved
- Handle deliveries, returns, purchases, car servicing and appointments
- Manage a small petty-cash budget and keep simple expense records
- Coordinate with our nanny, cleaners and other service providers
- Research products and services online — we encourage using ChatGPT/AI tools for this
- Notice small household issues and fix them on your own initiative

The most important quality is OWNERSHIP. For routine matters: assess the problem → find the right provider → arrange it → supervise → tell us once it's done. We do not want someone who pushes every small decision back to us.

WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:30, live-out
- From next year the schedule will shift to 7:30–17:00 (our child starts school) — you must be comfortable with both schedules
- Between tasks, your time is yours: playing games or watching videos on the office computer is completely fine. The one rule: during working hours, acknowledge family requests within ~1 minute and be ready to act immediately.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- AED 8,000–10,000/month depending on the candidate, with flexibility for someone exceptional
- Private office inside the villa: desk, chair, and a Mac mini as your work computer
- ChatGPT Plus subscription paid for you monthly
- Family car provided for all work duties
- Visa sponsorship if needed, medical insurance, 30 days annual leave, annual air ticket
- Business attire allowance

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
- Valid UAE driving licence + confident, safe driving with good knowledge of Dubai roads — no exceptions
- Executive-level English, spoken and written — you will call, message and email suppliers on our behalf
- Based in Dubai, live-out (accommodation not provided)
- Comfortable regularly driving our family members
- Confident computer user: email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Well-groomed, business attire daily (dress shirt & trousers) — this is an office-standard position

PREFERRED
- Skilled at using ChatGPT / Claude or similar AI tools to research and solve problems — strong advantage
- Aged 25–35
- College education
- Previous UAE experience in administration, PA, hospitality or office management
- Filipino candidates very welcome; other suitable candidates also considered
