Executive Assistant (All-Rounder)

Location: Dubai (In-Office / Full-Time)
Salary: AED 3,000 per month (All-Inclusive Fixed Gross Salary) plus perks like Free Travel as part of the Role
About the Role:
We are a boutique travel company seeking a highly organized, sharp, and proactive full-time Executive Assistant to support the Founder. This is an all-rounder role requiring excellent communication skills, high administrative efficiency, and a great phone manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the founder’s email inbox, daily administration, and schedule.
• Act as the primary, customer-facing point of contact for client phone calls and inquiries.
• Maintain and manage client databases with high accuracy.
• Handle basic social media engagement (scheduling pre-made posts, replying to DMs, and engaging with followers).
Requirements:
• Nationality: Filipino preferred.
• Visa Status: Must be on own valid residency sponsorship (Family, Spouse, or Freelance Visa) with a valid Emirates ID.
• English Proficiency: Flawless spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Experience: Knowledge of social media platforms and database management. Prior administrative or customer service experience is highly preferred. Please share links of previous Social Content created along with any other experience of managing customers or clients.
