Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and organised Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team. No previous real estate administration experience is required, as full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings on online property portals.
- Maintain petty cash records and update Excel spreadsheets accurately.
- Prepare and assist with VAT filings.
- Liaise with channel partners and maintain professional communication.
- Update commission records and prepare employee salary payslips.
- Support the manager by ensuring all required documents are organised and readily available.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

Requirements:
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
