Are you experienced with Justlife, Urban Company, ServiceMarket, or similar home service platforms?
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow our relationships with leading service marketplaces.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage daily orders from Justlife, Urban Company, ServiceMarket, and other platforms.
• Coordinate technicians and optimize schedules.
• Communicate with platform account managers and customer support.
• Monitor service quality, customer reviews, and KPIs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Increase order volume and improve platform rankings.
• Prepare reports and identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with Justlife, Urban Company, ServiceMarket, or similar service marketplaces.
• Existing contacts within these companies are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems.
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
