About us
We're a Dubai-based content production company running a professional podcast studio in Business Bay. We produce branded podcasts, interviews and short-form social content for real estate professionals, founders, coaches and clinics across the UAE — and we do it with a heavy AI-first workflow.
The role
This is a hybrid role: part personal assistant, part studio coordinator, part AI content creator. You'll work directly with the founder, keep the studio and the schedule running, and spend a real part of your week producing content with AI tools for our clients and for our own brands.
What you'll do
Personal & executive support: manage the calendar, inbox, follow-ups, bookings, errands, and keep the founder on track
Studio operations: coordinate shoot days, welcome clients, prep the space and gear, manage the booking calendar, track deliverables
AI content production: generate videos, avatars, images, captions and social posts using AI tools; edit and schedule content for clients and for our own channels
Keep things organized: files, folders, client assets, trackers — nothing gets lost
Who we're looking for
Organized to the point that it's slightly annoying. Nothing falls through the cracks
Reliable. When you say it's done, it's done
Digitally native — comfortable learning new software fast, without being walked through it
Genuinely excited about AI. You've played with ChatGPT / Claude / Midjourney / AI video tools on your own time, because you wanted to
Strong communicator, [languages]
Full-time, on-site. This is not a remote role
Experience is not required. Curiosity is.
We don't care where you worked before. We care whether you learn fast, take ownership, and want to build a career in AI-powered content. We'll train you on everything else.
The details
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
On-site at our studio in Business Bay, Dubai
Visa: we can sponsor, or you may already hold a valid UAE visa — both work
