Operations Generalist – Prop Trading Firm (Dubai, Business Bay)
We are a futures-only proprietary trading firm based in Business Bay, Dubai, looking for a bilingual (French/English) Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day running of the business.
About the role
This is a hands-on, varied position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional partners (tech, payments, accounting) to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate daily office and business operations
• Liaise with external partners: payment providers, banking, accounting, and tech vendors
• Support administrative tasks: document management, scheduling, follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding processes and internal coordination
• Help track and organize operational and financial workflows
• Provide general support across departments as needs evolve
Profile we are looking for
• Fluent in French and English (both required)
• 2+ years in operations, administration, or a similar generalist role
• Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate
• Comfortable in a startup / small-team environment
• Interest in finance, trading, or fintech is an advantage
