Key Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with leads generated through social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and the sales team.
• Manage day-to-day office administration, documents, and business correspondence.
• Maintain and update CRM, lead database, client records, and reports.
• Record daily office expenses, petty cash, and purchase records accurately.
• Assist in responding to social media messages and support digital marketing activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management and ensure smooth office operations.
