We are looking for an Administrative cum Client Support Coordinator to assist with daily business operations and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with client leads from social media marketing campaigns.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and schedule appointments or meetings when needed.
Send emails to clients, prospects, and business partners.
Support salary distribution and maintain related records.
Manage employee and company documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and documentation.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Prior experience in administration, customer service, or office support is an advantage.
