Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with experience in hiring for telesales role . The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing high-volume candidates, screening sales professionals, and closing positions within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telesales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Business Development roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and relevant experience.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for bulk and ongoing hiring needs.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for telesales, financial services roles.
Strong understanding of sales hiring and high-volume recruitment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting candidates with strong sales and customer acquisition backgrounds.
Knowledge of forex markets or financial products is an added advantage.
Ability to identify candidates with excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
