Job Details
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our well-established manpower supply company operating across the UAE.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE.
Experienced in conducting online and in-person interviews.
Proven experience in manpower supply, recruitment, and workforce management.
Thorough knowledge of MEP , Civil and Steel Fabrication trades and workforce requirements.
Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Ability to manage large workforces deployed across multiple client sites.
Experience handling visa processing, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Valid UAE driving license; candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
