Admin & Procurement Assistant:
The applicants with work experience in Dubai & preferably India & Pakistan nationality is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- General accounting
2- Procurement
3- Secretarial & receptionist
4- PA for managing director
5- Admin and HR assistant
6- Document controller
7- Petty cash /payroll/office maintaining
A- General accounting duties- Managing company bank accounts, VAT filing, Monthly payment reports, Reconciliation, Petty cash handling, Payroll, Inventory Reports, Rent and Utility Bills etc....
B- Procurement duties- Sourcing of potential vendors for the Companie’s projects, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices and report to the Managing Director.
C- All the above duties include word processing, audio and copy typing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries, arranging meetings, appointments, incoming telephone, Visa processing, booking Hotel and tickets.
D- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases, devising incoming doc, filing and maintaining office documentation.
E- Checking mail, distributing, making feedback by result for MD, liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment, photocopying and printing various documents, controlling, filing Etc.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an admin, Accounts & Procurement executive or similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Hands-on experience with MS Office software like Word, Excel, PP Etc.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Graduation in Commerce, Business Administration or relevant field
• Valid UAE Driving License
